About the Event
The Via Francigena is an ancient pilgrimage route spanning approximately 2,000 kilometers (1,200 miles) from Canterbury to Rome. First documented in the 10th century by Sigeric the Serious, who recorded his journey to Rome, this historic path has guided travelers for centuries.
Join Paola Bari as she explores the rich history of the Via Francigena and shares personal reflections from her journey walking the stunning Tuscan stretch from Lucca to Siena.
